- How do we
choose the Poster photos?
- How does Action Sports
Photography work?
- We set up a schedule to cover games on a regular
- basis. Generally, we come to a location and shoot
- the entire day or event. We then go back to the office
- and upload the photos, build the web pages and post
- them on our web site. This is generally the same day
- depending on the amount of work. On occasions,
- it may take a couple of days to have the photos posted.

- How do I order pictures?
- You can order pictures of your child using our
- shopping cart. You have 2 payment options; 1:
- CHECK, you write a check for the photos and shipping,
- your photos will be ordered when we receive you check.
- 2: Use the shopping cart and pay via credit card. Both of
- options, you will receive an email invoice of your order, the
- shopping cart does all the work..

- How do I get my pictures?
- Once you order your photos and payment is received
- via check or credit card, your order will be processed.
- You will receive email notification when your order is
- processed, and when your order is shipped. Your
- photos will be shipped directly to your home address.
- It generally takes 3 to 5 business day to receive your photos.
- Your photos will be processed on professional Kodak paper
- just like film photography in a professional film lab, I do not print
- photos on an ink jet printer.

- How will the pictures look?
- Your photos are taken with a High Quality
- Digital Camera. Each photo is 3072 x 2048 pixels
- or 11" x 17" and they are approximately 2.5 to 3.0
- mega pixels in quality. This means you can get a
- poster 20" x 30" and it will look fantastic.
- However, 8x10's and 16x20's may have to be cropped
- in order get the print without white borders on the sides.
- If the image you select is a full frame of the person
- in the picture, you may loose some of the person to
- produce an 8x10 and 16x20. We always do our best
- to ensure that the image is the best it can be. All other
- size prints are generally no problem. They can be resized
- with no cropping. If the photo you choose does have wasted
- space on the top/bottom, and sides, we generally will crop
- to produce a better image. Images are left as is on the web so they
- can be modified to fit many print sizes you may select.

- How are the photos printed?
- Your photos are not printed with an ink jet printer!
- All photos are processed just like film.
- Your photos are processed at a lab and are
- guaranteed for 50 years against any fading.
- This is the best possible print you can receive,
- and the best quality, or your money back.

- How can I get you to shoot our
game?
- There is a "Personal
Touch Photo Coverage"
- form on
the main page of our site at the bottom of
- the page. You can request coverage there,
and we will
- correspond via email or telephone. We
will let you
- know if we can cover your game.

- If we shoot one game and no parents are interested
- in photos, we will not come back. It is
- a simple matter of supply and demand.

- Not at this time, we can adjust our schedule

- cover the entire day and or event. We
just ask that
- you let other members of your team know that we
will
- be there
and maybe we can sell many photos.

- Does Action Sports Photography do
- Team Pictures?
- Yes we will do team and individual photos,

- Does the shopping cart have payment options?
- Yes, when you get to finalizing the order, you can
- choose between paying with your credit card or
- writing and mailing your check. With either of
these
- options, the shopping cart program will email you
a
- copy of the order, and in that email will be a link
to an
- invoice. You can print these for your records.

- How do we choose the Poster photos?
- Just let us know any and all of the photos you want.
- Action Sports Photography holds the right to be
- creative, we design the
poster and use the photos
- that are available. That means we choose the very
- best ones to use on the poster. We will use our
- photos or you can supply the photos if you are not
- in our photography area. These images, if you supply
- must be of the very best quality, minimum of 1440x 2160.
